With this tool the user can browse the navigation menu (in this example the user has selected on "computers" and the selection within that category called "hard drives". The question that has been posted by a user (or support engineer) has been answered and is available for the user to reference. Some of the entries will only be available to the support engineer to protect the user from inadvertently causing harm.
