In this window the user can run a quick report of all the tickets that they have opened that are now closed. The same exact data that is available on the "open tickets" screen is also available here. This is provided in the event that the ticket was closed without the user's permission. The user would know which "supporter" closed the ticket for further investigation. These reports are especially useful when there are multiple people within an organization logging tickets. A single administrator or "point-of-contact" could run this same report against all users within the company.
